Delivery Information

At IQ Living, we are committed to delivering excellence in everything we do, from the second you place your order to the moment it arrives with you.

Once you place your order, it will be readied for dispatch by our highly experienced warehouse staff to ensure that your product arrives safely and in good condition. Depending on the size of your item, it will either be sent via our elite courier service or delivered directly to your door by one of our friendly members of staff.

Regardless of how your item is dispatched, you will be kept informed every step of the way by our team of customer service representatives, providing you with email and phone updates on the progress and status of your order.

Courier orders can be tracked via individual consignment numbers, available by contacting the IQ Living Customer Service team. Please be aware that courier deliveries require that someone is in the house, as all orders need to be signed for.

For home deliveries, you will be contacted by a member of our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order* to advise you of a delivery date. From this point, you will receive regular delivery updates by phone, email and text message. You can also request a call from the driver 60 minutes before they are expected to arrive.

*providing your order is placed Sunday to Thursday, with orders placed Friday and Saturday receiving a call on the next available working day

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are dependant on the product ordered, the quantity and the delivery location in the UK. Courier orders include smaller items such as showers and taps whilst larger and more fragile items such as bathroom suites and shower enclosures will be delivered directly to your door in a 7.5 Tonne truck. Charges are calculated automatically when you have completed your order. The table below provides details of delivery charges for IQ Living.

Please note - IQ Living will not deliver to any international address. Non Standard Delivery Areas may incur a delivery surcharge depending on the item ordered. Please speak to a member of the IQ Living Customer Service Team prior to placing your order.

    Delivery to non standard delivery areas may exceed that of the above stated allowances.

    Should there be any problems with the delivery of your item you will be contacted immediately and kept informed throughout the process.

    Changes in the delivery of an item will be communicated to you by email or phone.

    We advise that plumbers are not booked until all goods have been received and checked accordingly. Please be advised that IQ Living is not liable for any labour costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.
